YOUR INFORMATION
Website form privacy
This notice covers job applications, service requests, and contact forms on trustedheartshealthcare.com.
What you submit
We request contact details and general information needed for recruitment, service coordination, or answering your question. Job forms include your selected role, experience, availability, and optional training summary. Service forms include the category and general scheduling requirements.
Where your information goes
Submissions are sent through Hostinger’s authenticated email service to care@trustedheartshealthcare.com for review by the appropriate company team. The website does not offer public access to submitted information or save submitted form contents in browser storage. When you choose to continue from a service planner, its brief is kept temporarily in this browser tab to prefill the request form. It is removed when the form opens and ignored after ten minutes.
Submission protection
The website uses HTTPS, short-lived submission sessions, validation, duplicate-submission protection, a hidden spam trap, and submission limits. A confirmation is shown only after the email service accepts the notification. No system can guarantee delivery time, inbox placement, or complete protection from every threat.
Keep sensitive details out of these forms
Do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, license numbers, banking details, patient names, diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, or private details about other people. A company representative will explain the appropriate process if documents or additional information are needed.
Follow-up and your choices
Your contact permission applies to this request or application and does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact care@trustedheartshealthcare.com with your confirmation reference to request a correction, ask about your submission, or discuss how your information is handled.
Technical records
The submission service uses a temporary session cookie and short-lived, hashed network-address records to limit abuse. Email records are handled within the company mailbox. Website and email providers may also keep their normal operational logs.
